RESERVATION CONDITIONS:

Dear Guests,

To ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay, we kindly request that you comply with the rules and conditions for “RISE UP LUX Apartments” as follows:

1. ACCOMMODATION:

• Check-in time is after 15:00.

• Late check-in after 20:00 incurs a fee of 10 euros. Early check-in is only possible with prior request and subject to availability. An additional charge of 10 euros is required for early check-in between 10:00 and 15:00. For check-in before 10:00, the full night’s rent is charged.

• Each guest must register and present a valid ID upon check-in.

2. DEPARTURE:

• Apartments must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure.

• Late check-out after 12:00 is possible only with prior request and for an additional fee.

• For late check-out up to 3 p.m., an extra charge of 10 euros applies.

• For check-out after 15:00, a full night’s stay will be charged.

• When leaving, please ensure the apartment is left clean and tidy.

3. RESERVATIONS AND PREPAYMENT:

• To confirm your reservation, a prepayment of at least 30% of the total amount for your stay is required. The prepayment must be made within 3 working days after the reservation is made.

• The prepayment is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or a change in reservation dates.

• The full amount for the stay is payable at check-in at the latest.

• The amount paid for the rent of the apartment is non-refundable in the event of an early departure.

• Reservations for one night are only accepted 1-2 days before the check-in date.

• A cleaning fee of EUR 10 is payable for bookings of one day.

• All children up to the age of 7 sleep for free when using existing beds/sofa beds.

• A baby cot can be provided for €10 for the whole period, subject to availability and prior request.

• A stretching sofa is available for 5€ per night.

• If necessary, the reserved apartment may be replaced with an identical or higher category at the same address.

• The minimum stay during the New Year holidays is 4 nights.

4. EQUIPMENT IN THE APARTMENTS:

• Our apartments are equipped with standard amenities to ensure your comfortable stay. For any additional equipment requirements, we are happy to provide advice on where to purchase them at your expense.

5. RULES OF INTERNAL ORDER:

• Please dispose of waste in designated containers outside the building. Do not dispose of waste or food in sinks or toilet bowls.

• Please turn off air conditioners when windows are open or when you are not in the apartment.

• Please do not move furniture or other belongings within the property.

• Walking with shoes or slippers with hard soles is not allowed.

• Frying fish and fish products is not permitted.

• Third-party stays are only allowed with the HOST’s consent.

• Property must not be taken out of the apartment.

• When cooking, please ventilate the premises and clean electrical appliances.

• Bulky items and items with a strong odor are not allowed.

• In case of an emergency, please contact the host.

6. DAMAGES:

• Rise Up Lux Apartments will cover the cost of repairing any damage resulting from normal use of the apartment within 24 hours. Any damages caused by the tenant’s fault are the responsibility of the tenant and must be repaired or paid for before departure.

7. NOISE AND GATHERINGS:

• Any gatherings, birthdays and parties are absolutely prohibited in our apartments.

• Please respect the quiet hours between 14:00-16:00 and from 22:00-8:00.

• SMOKING is absolutely prohibited in all our apartments. Use the terrace for this purpose! A 100€ fine applies in case of violation.

8. PETS:

• We love pets, but unfortunately, they are not allowed in our apartments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

9. VIOLATION OF THE RULES:

• In case of violation of the internal rules, you will be asked to leave the apartment and/or pay for the damages caused.
